Monday was a holiday since some party called for hartal. Tuesday, it was my observation day by Suni teacher. She reached in the afternoon and observed Aparna's class at the beginning. I actually had the next hour and sat in the class after helping her with the experiment. I was little bit worried that I only has a half an hour to teach image formation in two different positions together. Apart from that I had full confidence since my last observation by general teacher was better. But Aparna had to take five more minutes to complete her lesson. This made me little bit nervous. But I realized that her topic demands extra time than mine and I managed accordingly. I made the students do the activity together and consolidated the concept on time. Everything went well. She commented on my less usage of reinforcement and writing the topic on the board. I decided to take care of it in the later classes.
From Wednesday on wards I had to attend every classes whenever I had free period. Only then I will be able to complete the portions for ninth standard. I have completed the physics portions by Friday and is ready to conduct exam. But my teacher has asked me to wait till next lesson. She insists on conducting it in January. I agreed to it and decided to do the revision from next day on wards.
New building is being build in the school and they are cutting trees for that. It is near the stage where we are seated and I felt frustrated seeing them cutting it. I hope no more trees will be cut from now. Our exam dates are out and we have the same days as our students have. But I am more worried about my students since I don't want them to loose marks
